Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

Rachel comes from a successful twenty three year career in the hospitality and event planning industry. She has strong sales and management experience; considered a “top producer” in both sales and management.

During her career Rachel rebranded two hotels to improve market share. This was accomplished by research and review of market leaders and the ability to match proposed franchise partners. She has over thirteen years of sales experience to include a Regional Director role covering over thirteen markets including cities in: California, Ohio, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico and North Carolina. Over nine years of General Management experience working with five million dollar revenue budgets. As a General Manager the customer intent to return scores were always ninety five percent or better.

Rachel’s strength is cultivating and developing people. Her ability to identify a person’s strengths and opportunities and her willingness to train and coach assisted several employees to grow both personally and professionally. Rachel’s focus is on people first and is always willing to use her network to help someone find their true passion.

Rachel owned two part time businesses over the course of her hospitality career. One business was a vending model and the other was a web based model. Rachel also created a women’s networking group called “Women in the Workforce”.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
